LOOP 2020

A by-product of reality and fruit of the imagination — this hand-cut paper airplane model stems from an optical illusion. Leaning on the fact that we are all just actors of our own mini-show, the model works as a boundary between reality and another possible fictional reality. The white abandoned paper sculpture suggests the alienating anonymity and emptiness of a socially standardised machine, where all passengers eventually arrive at their destination at the exact same time. The mockup has the intent to be experienced in full scale one day.
